Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking a Technical Proposal Engineer to bridge engineering, project planning and commercial strategy. You’ll shape and cost new product development programmes, analyse customer requirements, contribute to technical proposals, and help define how future engineering projects are delivered.

Qualifications

What we're looking for: Technical Proposal Engineer

• Experience within product development, NPI, systems, projects or engineering programmes
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into structured plans
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercial awareness and an interest in how engineering programmes are won and delivered
• Experience creating bids or proposals would be beneficial, but it's not essential. Full training will be provided for the right individual.

This could suit engineers from aerospace, defence, automotive, advanced manufacturing, chemicals, energy or other complex engineering environments who are looking to broaden their career beyond purely technical delivery.
