Job summary

Rehlko in the United Kingdom seeks a skilled Proposal Engineer to develop technically accurate and commercially competitive proposals for POD solutions. You will review client enquiries, specifications and tender documents, shaping responsive solutions that align with our capabilities and commercial goals.

You will provide technical guidance across sales, bid teams, and engineering, supporting pricing strategies and risk assessments.

Qualifications

Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals for complex customer requirements.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project costing principles.

Responsibilities

Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver technically accurate and commercially competitive proposals for POD solutions.
Technical Support: Provide technical guidance throughout the sales and bid process with engineering, operations, procurement and commercial teams.
Commercial Support: Assist in pricing strategies and commercial evaluations and support risk assessments.
Bid Management: Coordinate multiple proposal activities, monitor progress and maintain records.
Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and contribute to standardized templates and best practices.
