Role Overview

You will work within the manufacturing team at OME (Optronics and Missile Electronics) to support industrialisation activities, production, and reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Management team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Estimating costs and schedules for bids
• Leading New Product Introduction activities (MRL, PRR, FAI, DFx, Tooling, Test Equipment)
• Supporting APQP activities such as DFMEA/PFMEA and Control Plans
• Reviewing engineering and manufacturing documentation
• Defining assembly and testing processes
• Managing non-conformance and engineering changes
• Monitoring product costs
• Collaborating to meet KPIs and implementing Lean improvements

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, with experience in manufacturing engineering processes, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, flexibility, and a relevant engineering degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry tools like Oracle, Palma, and Mestec is required.
