ENGAGE is looking for a hands-on, result-driven engineer to lead the transformation of our SaaS Deployments Operations. You are an engineer looking for the opportunity to make a real business impact while evolving your career in SaaS process engineering and scalability within a small but leading technology company.

• SaaS deployments are self-serve and scalable
• Deployment Support is limited to Platform Bugs and Feature Requests
• Collaboration with the Strategy and Product Teams is smooth, supportive and fruitful
• Scalable Deployment Operations systems are in place
• Customer satisfaction is high through efficient SaaS delivery and support

Work with and be part of multicultural team developing a world-class SaaS technology and be part of the coming explosive growth in the UK and preparation for international expansion.
• Enjoy the flexibility of working fully remotely during UK office hours, from anywhere within a 2-hour time zone difference, with no commuting required.
• You will work for an HR Tech company with the most advanced digital supply chain platform for temporary labour - beating ALL tech competitors, including IBM, Oracle, SAP and Microsoft.
• You will gain a strong track record and fast-track your professional development in a leading HR Tech start-up going through accelerated Growth and pre-scale up.
• You will be able to fast-track your career and increase your responsibilities and package as ENGAGE goes through accelerated growth over the next 18 months.

• You will have 24 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays.
• You will get a generous annual leave allowance.
• You will have a Day-off to celebrate your birthday.
