• Process customer enquiries and support the technical selection of suitable products or components.
• Prepare accurate quotations including price, delivery and product information.
• Process sales orders and support delivery schedules.
• Provide high-quality customer service via telephone and email.
• Follow up with customers to identify requirements and upsell relevant components or solutions.
• Discuss customer applications and technical issues clearly and confidently.
• Coordinate order deliveries with suppliers to meet deadlines.
• Support occasional outbound sales activity.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely support.
