Job summary

Hireful Ltd in Bristol is seeking an Internal Technical Sales Engineer to act as the technical contact for customers, understand requirements and recommend the right products and solutions. You will provide expert support by phone, email and face to face, prepare quotations and process orders, collaborating with External Sales to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate has experience in electrical engineering, industrial automation, electrical distribution or sales, with

Qualifications

Strong communication and commercial awareness.
Experience in electrical engineering, industrial automation, electrical distribution, sales or customer support.
ONC-level electrical engineering qualification desirable.
Confidence to build lasting customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Act as the trusted technical contact for customers via phone, email and face-to-face.
Prepare quotations and process orders; coordinate with External Sales and wider teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
Develop and nurture relationships to uncover sales opportunities.
