Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to drive new business across the south of the UK, with occasional nationwide travel for major projects.

You will sell compressed air, nitrogen generation equipment and related industrial products to construction, manufacturing and heavy industry customers. The role combines on-the-road customer engagement with site visits and consultative sales to engineers and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B technical field sales in an industrial setting.
• Experience selling valves, pumps, compressors or similar capital equipment.
• Confident speaking with engineers, plant managers and technical decision-makers.
• Structured sales approach with CRM, pipeline development and consultative selling.
• Motivation to develop a territory and build long-term relationships.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across the south of the UK, with some national travel for major projects.
• Sell compressed air, nitrogen generation and related industrial equipment.
• Visit sites, meet with engineers, plant managers and procurement staff.
• Manage a mix of new business and existing accounts, largely on the road.
