Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers is seeking an Industrial Electrical Engineer to maintain and improve electrical systems across our Huntworth Mill, ensuring safe, efficient operation of feed production in a heavy manufacturing environment.

You will diagnose faults, deliver planned maintenance, implement improvements, and read electrical drawings, working with colleagues to uphold high safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical engineering experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience with PLCs and fault-finding to component level.
• Familiarity with motor control equipment, electrical panels and geared motors.
• Strong knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations.
• City & Guilds qualification in electrical engineering – 18th Edition.
• Good IT and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, reliable and team-oriented.
• Able to work in dusty, noisy, physically demanding environments (reasonable adjustments available).

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Industrial Electrical Engineer to join our team at Mole Valley Farmers. About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time

Hours of Work: 45 hours per week

As an Industrial Electrical Engineer, you'll take ownership of electrical maintenance and engineering across our plant and equipment. You'll diagnose and repair faults, deliver planned maintenance, and support projects that improve efficiency and safety. Working in a heavy manufacturing environment that can be dusty and noisy, you'll play a vital role in ensuring uninterrupted feed production for our farming customers.
