Job summary
Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking an Industrial Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering team at Lifton Mill. You will own electrical maintenance across plant and equipment, diagnose faults, deliver planned maintenance, and support projects that improve efficiency and safety for our farming customers.
The role requires experience in heavy manufacturing environments, knowledge of PLCs, motor control equipment, electrical drawings, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Qualifications
- Industrial electrical engineering experience in heavy manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with motor control equipment, electrical panels and geared motors.
- Experience with PLCs and fault-finding to component level.
- Knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations.
- City & Guilds qualification in electrical engineering - 18th Edition.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs and routine servicing.
- Support planned maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Industrial Electrical Engineer to join our team at Mole Valley Farmers. Hours of Work:40 hours per week
As an Industrial Electrical Engineer, you'll take ownership of electrical maintenance and engineering across our plant and equipment. You'll diagnose and repair faults, deliver planned maintenance, and support projects that improve efficiency and safety. Working in a heavy manufacturing environment that can be dusty and noisy, you'll play a vital role in ensuring uninterrupted feed production for our farming customers.
- Maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment safely and efficiently
