Job summary
Mole Valley Farmers is seeking an Industrial Electrical Engineer to maintain and improve electrical systems across our plant and equipment at Huntworth Mill. You will diagnose faults, deliver planned maintenance and support projects that improve efficiency and safety in a heavy manufacturing environment.
Ideal candidates will have experience in industrial electrical engineering, familiarity with motor control equipment, PLCs, and safe working practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial electrical engineering within heavy manufacturing.
- Familiarity with motor control equipment, electrical panels, and geared motors.
- Experience with PLCs and fault-finding to component level.
- Good working knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations.
- City & Guilds qualification in electrical engineering – 18th Edition.
- Strong IT and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment safely and efficiently.

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Industrial Electrical Engineer to join our team at Mole Valley Farmers. If you have experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment and want to take the next step in your career, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. You'll help keep our feed mill running safely and efficiently, supporting British agriculture while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and reliability.

Hours: Full time
Hours of Work: 45 hours per week
As an Industrial Electrical Engineer, you'll take ownership of electrical maintenance and engineering across our plant and equipment. You'll diagnose and repair faults, deliver planned maintenance, and support projects that improve efficiency and safety. Working in a heavy manufacturing environment that can be dusty and noisy, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring uninterrupted feed production for our farming customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment safely and efficiently
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs and routine servicing
- Supporting planned maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
