This is a great opportunity to join one of the leading industrial automation equipment suppliers as a Business Development Consultant covering the North East Region. The successful candidate will be required to live in or around Newcastle. This is a work-from-home role and requires demonstrating growth in previous business development or sales roles.
Knowledge and experience should include supply chain specialists, automation solutions incorporating pneumatic assemblies and components, and electrical drives.
The role involves managing a mix of official partners with a primary focus on driving End User and Regional OEM business. Candidates should have a vocational qualification in business or engineering, along with an engineering HNC/Degree or higher. Previous external sales experience in industrial sales is necessary. Experience working for a manufacturer or distributor would be advantageous.
National overnight stays will be required as needed.
