Job summary

Thorn Baker Recruitment in Leicester is seeking an Account Manager for our Industrial division. You’ll nurture existing client accounts, acting as the primary contact for recruitment needs and coordinating with our team to source temporary and permanent staff.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach. You’ll attend client sites and meetings from our Leicester and Nottingham offices, building lasting relationships and driving account

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or account management is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet recruitment needs.
• Strong communication, organisation and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing client accounts, acting as the trusted point of contact for recruitment needs.
• Coordinate with the team to source and place high-quality temporary and permanent staff.
• Monitor client staffing requirements, placement performance and service delivery, adapting to changing needs.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to review performance and strengthen relationships.
• Maintain accurate client and candidate records and provide regular updates.
