Thorn Baker Industrial is seeking an Account Manager to join our team, supporting clients across Leicester and Nottingham. You will own existing client relationships, understand operations and recruitment challenges, and work with our recruitment team to source high-quality staff.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in recruitment or staffing is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel between client sites in Leicester and Nottingham.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop existing client accounts as the primary contact for recruitment needs.
