Thorn Baker’s Industrial division is seeking an Account Manager to support clients across Leicester and Nottingham, taking ownership of relationships and ensuring workforce requirements are met.

You’ll work with our recruitment team to source high-quality staff, monitor performance and service delivery, and grow accounts across sites. This role suits a proactive, client-focused professional with strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage client accounts and build relationships.
• Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and offices in Leicester/Nottingham.
• Experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing existing client accounts, becoming a trusted contact for recruitment needs.
• Understanding clients’ operations and workforce requirements.
• Coordinating with the team to source and place temporary and permanent staff.
• Monitoring staffing requirements, placement performance and service delivery.
• Building relationships with candidates to support attendance and retention.
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts across sites.
• Attending client meetings and site visits to review performance.
