Job summary

Hesley Group are recruiting a Trainer to join the busy Workforce Development Team. You will develop, deliver and evaluate learning events, with particular reference to induction, mandatory and continuing professional development for internal staff.

The role requires you to travel between establishments as needed and to have excellent communication, caring approach and a passion for supporting people. Ideally you will hold a relevant qualification in care, nursing or education, with an AET

Qualifications

• Experience delivering induction and continuing professional development events.
• Ability to travel between establishments as required by the role.
• Excellent communication, caring and passionate about supporting people.

Responsibilities

• Plan, co-ordinate and deliver training activities for internal staff.
• Deliver induction and mandatory training to new inductees and existing employees.
• Evaluate learning and development events to ensure effectiveness.
