Job summary

Jigsaw Homes Group is seeking a Scheme Coordinator to support independent living for residents in our aged housing schemes. The role is fixed-term and part-time at 25 hours per week, focusing on day-to-day scheme operations and exceptional customer service.

You will need an Enhanced DBS, a full UK driving licence with business-use vehicle access, and a willingness to travel between sites as required. Experience with housing or supporting older people is preferred.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check, maintained throughout employment.
• Full, valid UK driving licence with points and convictions disclosed.
• Access to a vehicle with insurance for business use.
• Relevant housing or support experience.
• Experience of working with older or vulnerable people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service that meets and exceeds expectations.
• Support people’s needs and promote independent living.
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of relevant schemes.
• Liaise with all internal and external customers.
• Look for opportunities to improve and enhance services for tenants.
