Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a motivated Scheme Coordinator (Part-Time) in Tyne and Wear to join the Supported Housing Team. You will support the onsite Scheme Manager, help oversee day-to-day operations, housing management, and ensure high standards of service and safety.

The role requires experience in Extra Care or social housing, knowledge of housing legislation, an enhanced DBS, and a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for site visits and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in Extra Care setting and social housing.
• Experience supporting people living with dementia.
• Knowledge of housing legislation and welfare reform.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality housing services that keep customers safe, supported and independent and ensure contract compliance and building safety.
• Undertake home visits with prospective customers and collaborate with the wider supported housing team.
