Jigsaw Homes Group is seeking a Scheme Co-ordinator to deliver outstanding customer service and support independent living across its schemes. The role focuses on smooth day-to-day operations and strong liaison with tenants, colleagues and external partners.

Applicants should have experience in housing or support settings; a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use are required. DBS checks will be completed for successful candidates.

About the role:

The role of Scheme Co-ordinator is an exciting and dynamic one.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service which meets and exceeds expectations, supports people’s needs and promotes independent living.

You will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of relevant schemes and liaise with all internal and external customers.

You will have excellent people skills, a ‘can do’ attitude and empathy. As well as being a people person, you will also be target focussed and always be on the lookout for opportunities to improve and enhance Jigsaw’s services for our tenants.

Knowledge or previous experience of working with older people is preferred but not essential.

All successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check which must be maintained throughout the period of employment.

Please note, this role requires you to have a full, valid UK driving licence (points/convictions must be disclosed) and access to a vehicle with insurance for business use.
