Job summary
Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners to join our Adult Supported Living Home in Cherry Willingham, Lincolnshire. You will provide compassionate support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live more independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community outings.
Role includes opportunities to develop skills through our competency framework, with pay bands rising via transparent grades.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
- Strong team player.
- Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Help individuals live independently by assisting with daily activities.
- Accompany individuals on trips into the community.
- Drive the company vehicle if holding a valid UK licence.
- Contribute to competency framework and professional development.
