Kisimul Group Limited is hiring a Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities, helping them with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.

You will use a company vehicle and must hold a full UK driving licence; starting pay is £13.12 per hour, with progression to £14.12 for experienced staff. DBS checks are part of the role, with clear pathways for progressing pay.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for care and helping others progress.

• Resilient and comfortable seeking support when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Computer literacy required.
• Health & Social Care Level 3 or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with severe learning disabilities in daily activities.
