Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the Foundation Department at Berkshire College of Agriculture, Maidenhead, on a full-time, term-time basis. You will support whole classes, small groups, or individual learners to access the curriculum, assist with English, maths and ICT, and help students with learning difficulties.

The post is paid on the Support Staff scale G17–G19 with pro-rated salaries, and requires Level 2 English and Maths GCSE and the ability

Competenze

• GCSE English and Maths at A-C or equivalent.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, or Dyspraxia.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the post, including mobility support.
• Strict adherence to Risk Management, Equality, Health and Safety, Data Protection and Safeguarding policies.
