Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the Creative team at Berkshire College of Agriculture campus. This full-time, term-time role pays pro rata £21,166.19–£22,662.10 (G17–G19) with full-time equivalent of £25,483–£27,284 depending on qualifications and experience.

• Essential Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics (GCSE 4/C or equivalent).
• Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
• Ability to support neurodivergent learners and additional learning needs.
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and review of learning activities.
• Support groups, classes or individual students in line with EHCPs.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records.
• Assist with assignments, exam preparation and development of English, maths and ICT skills.
• Adapt learning materials and assist with use of specialist equipment.
