South Thames Colleges Group is seeking an Inclusive Learning Officer to coordinate and monitor in-class support for learners with learning difficulties, disabilities and ESOL, English and Maths needs. The role focuses on implementing individual support programmes to help learners achieve qualifications and progress toward EHCP outcomes.

The post is fixed term, term-time only (36 hours per week over 40 weeks per year).

Formación

• Experience supporting learners with learning difficulties and other support needs.
• High interpersonal skills and ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Implement agreed individual programmes of support for learners to enable qualification aims.
• Coordinate and monitor in-class support for learners with learning difficulties, disabilities and ESOL, English and Maths needs.
• Safeguard learners and promote their well-being in all aspects of learning.
• Deliver staff development on inclusive learning practices.
