Job summary

Hednesford Valley High School in England is seeking an Inclusion Support Manager to join our dedicated team on a permanent, term-time basis. The role focuses on promoting inclusion, improving wellbeing and supporting positive behaviour while working with students, families and external agencies.

You will deliver targeted mentoring, provide pastoral support and help implement effective strategies to enable vulnerable students to engage with school life and achieve positive outcomes.

• Experience working with children and young people.
• Commitment to inclusion and supporting vulnerable students.
• Calm, professional under pressure and able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support students with behavioural, emotional or personal challenges.
• Deliver targeted mentoring and interventions for individuals and small groups.
• Collaborate with parents, carers and external agencies to plan support.
• Promote inclusive practices and contribute to staff training where appropriate.
• Maintain visible presence and support wellbeing through the school day.
