Hednesford Valley High School in Cannock is recruiting an Inclusion Support Manager for a permanent, term-time role. The salary is Grade 8, with an actual salary range of £30,142 to £34,186 and 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will work with students facing behavioural and emotional challenges, provide mentoring, collaborate with families and external agencies, and contribute to safeguarding and inclusive practice; driving a school minibus is advantageous, and you may deliver wellbeing

• Experience with children and young people facing behavioural, emotional or personal challenges.
• Commitment to inclusion and helping students achieve success.
• Excellent communication, organisation and record-keeping skills.
• Calm, resilient and professional in challenging situations.

Responsabilidades

• Support students whose learning is affected by behavioural, emotional or personal challenges.
• Deliver targeted mentoring and intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.
• Develop positive relationships with students, families and staff to improve engagement.
• Provide advice and support to colleagues and contribute to staff training.
• Maintain a visible presence around school and support staff throughout the day.
• Deliver structured wellbeing interventions and support safeguarding records and documentation.
