Kingsbrook View Primary Academy is seeking an Inclusion Lead to drive SEND provision and whole-academy inclusion. You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, support disadvantaged pupils, and lead a small team of inclusion leads, ensuring high-quality inclusive teaching across the primary phase.

The role requires QTS and experience with SEND, a commitment to equity, and strong collaboration with families and external agencies. January 2027 start date, permanent contract.

Formación

• Must hold QTS and ideally national SEND coordination qualifications or be working towards them.
• Strong experience supporting SEND across primary; improving outcomes for vulnerable groups.
• Excellent classroom practitioner with inclusive teaching and collaboration with families and external agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic development of SEND and whole academy inclusion.
• Ensure high-quality provision for SEND and other vulnerable groups.
• Support staff to deliver adaptive, inclusive teaching.
• Remove barriers to learning and improve outcomes across the academy.
