Job summary

Lowedges Primary Academy is seeking an dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Inclusion Lead to support teaching and learning for pupils within the SEND provision. The role will contribute to ensuring high standards of progress and inclusion across the academy.

You will work alongside the SENDCo, plan and deliver learning activities, contribute to CPD, deploy resources effectively, and communicate progress in regular meetings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver learning activities to support SEND needs
• Contribute to CPD of colleagues
• Deploy resources effectively to support pupil progress
• Promote positive values, attitudes and behaviour
• Engage and motivate students
• Advance pupils' learning across classroom settings
• Communicate with stakeholders through regular review meetings, correspondence and written reports
