Job summary

Leesons Primary School seeks an Inclusion Lead with SEND to drive high standards for vulnerable learners and lead on SEN provision. The post is a Fixed-Term Contract maternity cover, based in school hours and supported by an SEN assistant.

You will lead on achievement for children with SEND, influence teaching and learning across the school, and contribute to CPD and strategic planning within the School Development Plan.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEN provision in a primary setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and support colleagues.
• Willingness to complete the National SENCO Award.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEND provision and monitor progress for vulnerable groups.
• Line manage Teaching Assistants and oversee CPD delivery.
• Contribute to School Development Plan and Self-Evaluation.
• Develop class profiles of needs and analyze data for impact.
