Job summary

Lowedges Primary Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Inclusion Lead to support pupils on the SEND provision and enhance learning across the academy. You will work alongside the SENDCo to plan and deliver inclusive activities and contribute to staff CPD to raise pupil progress.

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND in primary education.
• Experience planning inclusive learning activities for diverse learners.
• Commitment to safeguarding and equality in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver learning activities to meet SEND needs.
• Contribute to CPD for colleagues within the trust.
• Deploy resources across the academy to support pupil progress.
• Promote positive values, attitudes and behaviour.
• Engage and motivate students to learn.
• Communicate with stakeholders through meetings and reports.
