Job summary

Lime Tree Primary School in Kingston upon Thames is seeking an ambitious inclusion leader to drive SEND strategy and safeguarding across the school. You will work with senior leaders to shape policy, mentor staff, and oversee EHCPs, ensuring inclusive practice for all pupils.

The role offers leadership development, collaborative teamwork, and a strong focus on staff wellbeing within a caring, high‑ambition school community.

Qualifications

• QTS and NASENCO qualifications.
• Experience leading SEND/Inclusion and safeguarding procedures.
• Strong leadership in multi-agency partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day SEND provision and EHCP processes.
• Line manage LSAs and lead the inclusion strategy.
• Analyse data to evaluate intervention impact.
• Lead safeguarding for Looked‑After Children (LAC).
• Communicate with families and external professionals.
