Job summary

Philips High School in the Oak Learning Partnership is seeking an Inclusion HLTA to join the Inclusion Team. You will work with the SENCo, pastoral staff and teachers to support students with SEND, SEMH, attendance and behavioural challenges, helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

We are looking for an experienced practitioner who can deliver targeted interventions, provide mentoring and pastoral support, monitor progress and collaborate with families and external agencies

Qualifications

• Passion for inclusion and student wellbeing.
• Experience with young people in a school setting.
• Ability to support students with additional needs and barriers to learning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions and provide mentoring and pastoral support.
• Support learning, monitor student progress and work with families and external agencies.
• Collaborate with SENCo, pastoral teams and teaching staff to create an inclusive environment.
