Marden Lodge Primary School and Nursery is seeking an inspirational Inclusion Base Teacher to shape provision for pupils with complex needs (SLCN, ASD, SEMH). This permanent, part-time role covers 50/100ths across five mornings (Mon-Fri) and offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team within GLF Schools.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or better.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Commitment to undertaking further specialist training in SEND (SEMH, SLCN, Autism).
• Experience as an outstanding/exceptional primary teacher.
• Extensive experience of working with pupils with SEN/D.
• Good knowledge of SEN Policy and the SEND Code of Practice.
• Experience of working with pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Inclusion Base curriculum and provision.
• Work across five mornings per week to deliver 50/100ths across the school.
• Provide flexible cover and support across classes/years as needed.
• Support pupils to re-engage with learning and achieve their potential.
• Collaborate with GLF Schools to drive inclusion strategy and high-quality teaching.
