Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, sales, customer service or telephone-based roles.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, value and solutions with customers.
• Able to meet targets, KPIs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm waste enquiries and marketing-generated leads.
• Present Safetykleen waste solutions and prepare quotations.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Issue accurate quotations per company guidelines.
• Follow up, handle objections and close new business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
