Safetykleen is seeking a Waste Consultant Team Leader to lead from the front in the field, coaching in real customer situations and elevating conversation quality. You will drive a winning sales rhythm, build pipelines and forecast performance with the team.

In this high-impact role you’ll shape Go-To-Market practices, develop coaching approaches, strengthen customer relationships and deliver growth across the UK while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales leadership experience in a similar role.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills to develop sales talent.
• Ability to use data for forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front in the field, coaching live customer interactions.
• Run huddles, 1:1s and reviews with clear, behaviour-based feedback.
• Build a winning sales rhythm and pipeline with well-qualified prospects.
• Drive performance through insight, with accurate forecasting.
• Plan activity across current and potential customers and close deals.
• Build strong relationships with customers, branches and support teams.
