Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking an Inbound Sales Advisor for mobiles to handle inbound customer calls, identify needs, and upsell suitable upgrades.

You will be measured on achieving sales KPIs, converting calls to sales, and demonstrating up-to-date product knowledge while promoting current promotions. A commission is paid on top of base salary, with training provided.

Inbound Sales Advisor - Mobiles

My client is looking for confident communicators who are able to receive inbound calls from customers and offer upgrade services to mobile services. You will be expected to convert these calls into sales using effective listening and questioning techniques, utilising the portfolio of deals available.

Days - Monday to Friday

Hours - 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday / Every 2nd Saturday 09:00-17:30

2 Weeks training is provided.

Commission is paid on top of base salary.
