Job summary

Pertemps Leicester in Loughborough is recruiting an Inbound Telephone Sales Advisor for a full-time, temporary-to-permanent role. You will handle inbound calls from customers, build rapport, recommend technology products, and guide them through the purchasing process after full training.

The role is 40 hours per week with rotating shifts (Mon-Fri 08:00–20:00) and one weekend shift every two weeks, starting 26 October 2026. Join a supportive team with clear development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing products and services.
• Build rapport with customers by understanding their individual needs.
• Recommend suitable technology products, services, and solutions.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available options.
• Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to purchase.
• Process payments and support customers with credit applications and finance plans.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that encourages repeat business and loyalty.
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales and performance targets.
• Accurately update customer information across multiple systems.
