Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking an Inbound Telephone Sales Advisor for a weekend 16-hour shift in Loughborough. This temporary-to-permanent role starts Monday 14 September 2026, with 4 weeks of training before returning to weekend work.

You will handle inbound calls, understand customer needs, recommend products, explain features and pricing, and guide customers through the purchase process, while hitting sales targets. Full training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing products and services.
• Build rapport and understand each customer’s needs whilst recommending products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing and available options.
• Guiding customers through the sales journey from enquiry to purchase.
• Processing payments and assisting customers with credit applications and finance options.
• Providing an excellent customer experience.
• Working towards and achieving sales and performance targets.
• Keeping customer information accurate and up to date across multiple systems.
