Rightio is actively recruiting inbound sales advisors in Oldbury, West Midlands. You will handle customer inquiries already initiated with us and convert conversations into bookings and policy sales through excellent service, product knowledge, and genuine care for the customer.

This full-time position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, plus a company pension, free on-site parking, and comprehensive training. Part-time hours are also available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of telephone sales experience.
• Experience upselling and cross-selling.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Self-motivated in a target-driven environment.
• Confident, professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable using CRM systems.
• Skilled at handling objections empathetically.
• Able to record information accurately on calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and convert enquiries into bookings and policy sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell Rightio products and services, including Care Club membership policies.
• Use a consultative approach — listen first, recommend second.
• Build lasting customer relationships based on trust and reliability.
• Call existing customers to follow up on enquiries, quotes, or lapsed accounts.
• Re-engage customers after an engineer visit to present Care Club policy options.
• Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Record call details accurately in our CRM systems.
