Confidential in Houghton Regis is seeking an experienced inbound Call Handler / Booker for a busy social housing reactive repairs contact centre. This full-time, office-based role operates 8am–5pm, with one Saturday or Sunday per month and occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a similar role involving customer service call handling
