Plan, coordinate, and book deliveries for inland transport from port to warehouse.
Provide operational support to warehouse, factory, and supply chain teams regarding inbound-related queries such as stock availability and logistics issues.

Inbound Logistics Administrator

In this role you will join a dynamic logistics environment where accuracy, coordination, and proactive communication are essential. As a Logistics Inbound Administrator, you will support the smooth flow of goods and information across multiple platforms for the benefit of internal stakeholders.

Purpose of the job

You will be responsible for ensuring that inbound logistics processes run efficiently and that all relevant data is accurately maintained.

Responsibilities

Process logistics‑related transactions in SAP, including goods receipts, delivery note creation, and billing.
Publish and maintain records of direct delivery activities using MS Excel.
Maintain reports and dashboards to reconcile direct delivery and inbound logistics activity with Supply Chain requirements.
Upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and resolve POD‑related queries.
Plan, coordinate, and book deliveries for inland transport from port to warehouse.
Provide operational support to warehouse, factory, and supply chain teams regarding inbound‑related queries such as stock availability and logistics issues (late arrivals, no‑shows).
Investigate and resolve logistics discrepancies, including missing or incorrect stock.
