• Issuing information to customers on status of their order books
• Liaising with factories on timely delivery of products into the warehouse or directly to customers
• Issuing delivery notes to warehouse to pick and ship products
• Issuing information on sales revenue, projections and order book as required
• Involvement in the inventory count by the warehouse as needed
• Assisting with accounts receivable, management of product returns and issuing and delivering sales invoices for customers
• Advising of any training required in an evolving business model

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this expanding company on the outskirts of Cramlington to recruit a Logistics Administrator. Your duties will be as follows:

• Processing customer orders and creating production requirements for factories
• Managing product pipeline, stock levels and delivery times
• Updating SAP with inbound shipments from factories
• Issuing information to customers on status of their order books
• Liaising with factories on timely delivery of products into the warehouse or alternatively direct to customers
• Issuing delivery notes to warehouse to pick and ship products to customers and subsequent billing
• Issuing information on sales revenue, projections and order book as required
• Involvement in the inventory count by the warehouse as needed
• Assisting with accounts receivable, management of product returns and issuing and delivering sales invoices for customers as required
• Advising of any training required in an evolving business model
