You will rapidly review project data, interpret drawings, and communicate with prospects by phone to qualify budgets and timelines, converting validated leads into opportunities in Salesforce.

In this fast-paced role, you will ensure data integrity, allocate opportunities to the right Sales Consultant, and maintain momentum with a structured follow-up plan.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound enquiries with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for technical conversations with architects and builders.
• Demonstrated attention to detail when processing data and records.

Responsibilities

• Triage inbound leads from web forms, emails and calls within 4 working hours.
• Review drawings and project scope to qualify enquiries against target criteria.
• Proactively contact prospects to extract budgets, decision-makers and timelines.
