Job summary

IQ Glass is seeking an ambitious Junior Projects Manager for the Small Works Division to support residential glazing projects from order through to final delivery.

This development role provides hands-on experience, mentoring from Senior Project Managers, and a clear pathway to progressively own projects, programmes and client relationships.

You will learn to coordinate design, procurement, manufacture, installation and site activities within a specialist glazing environment.

Qualifications

• Construction-related qualification desirable; CSCS card desirable or willingness to obtain; SSSTS/SMSTS desirable or willingness to work towards.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• You will own and deliver multiple small glazing projects from order to completion.
• You will prepare, maintain and monitor project programmes and key dates.
• You will coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and installation with accurate records in the CRM system.
• You will develop professional relationships with clients, contractors, architects and site teams and provide clear project updates.
• You will understand project budgets, margins, costs and profitability, and monitor costs against budgets.
• You will raise and manage purchase orders and invoicing; identify variations and additional works.
• You will assist with planning and coordination of glazing installations and attend site visits.
