Job summary

AVEVA, a global industrial software leader, seeks an Inbound Lead Development Representative in Cambridge. You will be the first point of contact for new prospects, qualifying inbound leads and nurturing them with timely, personalized outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams, maintaining high data quality and gaining exposure to AVEVA's solutions. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of sales or related experience in a B2B environment (SaaS or industrial tech preferred).
• Excellent communication via phone, email, and written form.
• Strong listening and discovery to identify customer pain points and solutions.
• Keen ability to learn complex products quickly.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and develop new sales opportunities from inbound leads generated through campaigns, events, and web inquiries.
• Engage leads with timely, personalized outreach via phone, email, and social channels to convert interest into opportunities.
• Research inbound leads to evaluate fit and potential.
• Understand AVEVA's solutions to articulate value addressing customer pain points.
• Maintain CRM data using Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
