Job summary

Ant Marketing in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Advisor to join our Payment Processing team in the city centre. The role offers a base pay of £13.00 per hour with clear progression and uncapped commission, plus 20 days of annual leave and eight bank holidays.

You will make outbound calls to businesses, understand their payment needs, present card processing solutions, and work toward targets. This is a fully office-based role with no remote work.

Qualifications

• At least six months' experience in telesales, outbound sales, call centre sales or face-to-face sales.
• Confidence in closing sales and overcoming customer objections.
• Experience working towards KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• A motivated, resilient and results-focused approach.

Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys speaking with customers, overcoming objections and closing deals?

We're looking for confident and driven Outbound Sales Advisors to join our Payment Processing team in Sheffield city centre. You'll speak with businesses about modern card payment and merchant service solutions while benefiting from uncapped earning potential and clear opportunities for progression.

Location: Church Street, Sheffield, S1 2GN
This is a fully office-based position with no remote working.

Your role

Previous experience using a CRM system would be advantageous.

Working hours
