Vertu Motors plc Head Office in Gateshead is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our Contact Centre team. The role focuses on delivering a positive first impression, handling inbound calls, routing customers to the right dealership, and recording accurate information.

The position is full-time with a 5-week rota, two Saturdays in five, no Sundays, and a hybrid working arrangement after training. Starting salary £26,436 rising to £27,476 with experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills are required.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
• Confident IT skills and ability to use internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers and colleagues.
