South West Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Call Center Agent for a Ringwood, Hampshire client. The role is inbound, with training provided and a hybrid work pattern after completion of training.

You will handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and other channels, with a focus on upselling and delivering first-call resolutions. The position offers 40 paid hours per week, with shifts rotating between 8:00 and 20:00.

Qualificações

• Inbound contact centre experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to upsell and cross-sell to customers.
