South West Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy contact centre supporting a premium retail brand. The role offers hybrid working once fully trained at the Ringwood site in Hampshire, with weekend rota shifts and full training before handling live inquiries.

You will communicate with customers across telephone, email and live chat, handling orders, product enquiries and delivery issues. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, empathetic telephone manner.
• Strong email and live chat skills.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work towards service levels and performance targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask across multiple channels.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer service calls.
• Respond to inquiries by email and live chat.
• Assist customers with placing new orders.
• Provide information and recommendations on products and services.
• Resolve order, product, delivery and despatch queries.
• Record customer information accurately in internal systems.
• Support colleagues during busy periods.
