Job summary

Fireworks AI is seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to join our expanding sales team in the UK. You will qualify inbound leads and proactively prospect into high-value target accounts, building a healthy pipeline for Account Executives and engaging in thoughtful conversations about our AI inference solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong desire to work in technology sales and AI/ML space.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo).

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and proactively prospect into high-value target accounts.
• Build a healthy pipeline for Account Executives and meet pipeline generation targets.
• Strategically prospect across email, calling and LinkedIn.
• Educate prospects on the power of AI and our inference solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging based on market feedback.
• Stay current on AI/ML trends to have informed conversations with technical stakeholders.
