R13 Recruitment Limited in Norwich is seeking a Business Development Executive to convert warm inbound interest into sales opportunities. The role offers a clear development path into a senior consultative sales position, with a base salary of £26,750 and an OTE of £45,000.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, combining central Norwich office presence with some home-based days. Joining our growing team means joining a collaborative sales environment, with structured training, a strong progression

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or appointment setting.
• Strong communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable asking questions to understand client needs.
• Organised and capable of managing a busy pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of warm, inbound enquiries, ensuring a great first impression.
• Speak with prospective clients to understand requirements, motivations and timescales.
• Qualify opportunities to determine if the company can provide the right solution.
• Build rapport and conduct consultative conversations with prospective customers.
• Schedule qualified appointments with senior team members.
• Work toward targets around lead qualification and appointments booked/attended.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads and outcomes.
• Follow up with prospects to move opportunities through early sales stages.
• Develop product and industry knowledge through structured training.
